St Michael & All Angels is a beautiful Grade 1 listed church in rural surroundings on the edge of the village of Hamstall Ridware.  The church dates from the Norman period but there were substantial additions in the 14th Century, notably the tower, chancel and chapel.

10.10 am - Welcome by the Churchwarden(s)
10.15 am - 11.00 am (approx.) - A talk given by Dr Nigel Tringham on the Lords of the Manor of Hamstall Ridware and the Painted Panels
11.00 am - 12.00 noon - A guided tour of the church and churchyard by Sarah Elsom and/or Churchwardens (possibly splitting the group into two depending on numbers)
12.00 noon - Tea, coffee and biscuits
12.30 pm - Departure

There is ample parking close to the church which is approached through a field.  In case of need for SatNav and location:  St Michael & All Angels Church, Blithbury Road, Hamstall Ridware, Rugeley, WS15 3RS.
