Betty served the Society and its Committee with great distinction and was a committed and significant contributor to the running of SA&HS over a very long period. She will be missed. A full obituary will appear in the Society's September Newsletter.

With very deep regret we have been informed of the death on 6th August aged 89 of serving Committee Member, former Membership Secretary, Archivist and Honorary Vice-President Betty Fox.
